We All Know That One Kid in the “Neighborhood” Hates Because They’re a POS and No One Will Join His “Club”

Some people have clubs that none of the other “kids in the neighborhood” want to join. These small people put themselves up on their own pedestal that’s supported by “credentials” they created that have no recognition or authority behind those credentials just so they can feel important. Sad!

Meanwhile, all the other “kids in the neighborhood”  laugh at the kid and no one wants to play with him because they all know he’s a fraud.

Peer recognition is important in the construction industry. We all know people who we respect in the industry because they are working towards improving the construction industry, and we all know some people that will never be respected because they’re dirt bags and their peers all know it.

Who do you know in the industry that is a dirt bag?
