Someone told me that years ago in an email when we were having a “lovers spat” that they weren’t going to sue me for taking about them because it costs money and time, and because I know it costs money to sue someone I believed them but imagine my lack of surprise when they did sue me.
Now someone is finding out that they were right about what they said, lawsuits cost money. A lot of money apparently cause the attorney keep complaining about costs.

So now after nearly 6 plus years into a legal action against me, I wonder how much it has cost the other side in lost billings and actual out of pocket costs? There is a theory known as the sunk cost theory. I’m familiar with it and so I wonder, is the opposition lacking actual paying clients and have nothing much else to do but throw shit on the wall and see what sticks in their pursuit against me?
Time will tell. Meantime have a cold one and raise your glass to the cause! I’m having a pint right now in jubilation! Sláinté!
I guess if you’re out for revenge, it’s worth it. Or is it?
Asymmetrical warfare is when you’re weaker than your enemy, yet you are able to defend yourself and survive their attempts at defeating you through taking advantage of strategic methods to stymie your opponent.
Asymmetrical lawfare has the same theory behind it. Bleed them. Then make them bleed some more. Continue bleeding your foe as needed until the foe realizes they are not going to “win”. Live again to fight another day and press on. Your foe is out hundreds of thousands of dollars they’re never going to recover. Sounds like a win to me amirite?
I really learned a lot by studying Sun Tzu. I’m glad my enemies do not read Sun Tzu or else they ignore his teachings. “Water shapes its course according to the nature of the ground over which it flows; the soldier works out his victory in relation to the foe whom he is facing”.
No quarter, no surrender, there is no quit here.
